How long does it take for my bike to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States.
Do Poseidon bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive approximately 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for bikes in new, unridden condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply, and the original packaging is required for all returns.
Do you offer a warranty on your frames?
Yes, every Poseidon frame comes with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Components are covered by their respective manufacturers for one year.
How do I choose the right size bike?
We provide a comprehensive size chart on each product page based on rider height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or sizing up for increased stability.
